The St. Teresa Board of Directors works in partnership with school leadership to strengthen the mission of the school, ensure long-term sustainability, and support strategic planning. Board members bring experience from a variety of professional backgrounds while sharing a commitment to Catholic education and the success of every Bulldog.

The Board provides governance and strategic guidance to help the school fulfill its mission of educating students in faith, knowledge, and service. Working closely with the President, Principal, and the Diocese of Springfield in Illinois, the Board focuses on the long-term health of the school while supporting its Catholic identity and educational excellence.

Board members are volunteers who generously contribute their time, expertise, and leadership. Their responsibilities include long-range planning, financial oversight, policy development, advancement support, and ensuring that St. Teresa remains a thriving Catholic high school for future generations.

The Board does not oversee the school's daily operations. Those responsibilities belong to the President, Principal, faculty, and staff, who manage the academic program, student life, and school administration.
