We are pleased that your family is considering St. Teresa High School. Our admissions team is ready to guide you through each step, answer your questions, and help make the application process as straightforward as possible.
Begin Your Application
1. Learn More About St. Teresa
Explore our academic programs, Catholic identity, student life, athletics, and the opportunities available to every Bulldog.
The best way to understand the St. Teresa experience is to see it in person. Tour our campus, meet members of our community, and learn how St. Teresa helps students grow academically, spiritually, and personally.
After your application is received, a member of the St. Teresa admissions team will contact your family regarding the next steps. Depending on your student’s grade level and previous school, we may request academic records, standardized test results, or other supporting information.
Families transferring during the school year are encouraged to contact the school directly so we can discuss availability, academic placement, and timing.
Registration Documents
Once your student has been accepted, your family will complete the required registration and enrollment documents.
Illinois requires students entering ninth grade to submit a completed physical examination form. An athletic physical does not fulfill the state requirement for the ninth-grade school health examination.
Additional dental or health records may also be required based on the student’s grade level or individual circumstances.
A St. Teresa education is an investment in your student’s future. Tuition assistance is available to qualifying families, and we encourage families to explore their options early in the admissions process.
Choosing a high school is an important decision. Our admissions team is available to answer questions about the application process, campus visits, tuition assistance, transfer enrollment, or life at St. Teresa.
